This is a tribute shirt to Dayvault’s Tune Up and Brake Service, Kannapolis, NC. It was the shop who sponsored Earnhardt’s first race car, known as K-2. Dayvault's garage was the only garage with a chassis dynamometer in that area of NC at the time, so Earnhardt and other race car drivers took their cars to Dayvault's to have them tested, tuned, and race-ready!
